The master bathroom features a fully tiled shower with a window from where one can enjoy the pretty views of the Caribbean Sea and Pigeon Point while showering – very exotic.

The other two bedrooms (approx. 14’x12’ each) are located on either side of the master suite.  Each one has a private balcony, walk-in closet and bathroom with glass shower. One of them has access to a roof top patio ideal for sunbathing ‘au naturel’. 

The roof is covered with specially imported walaba wooden shingles allowing the house to ‘breathe’ and keeping it cool.  The floors and counter tops are covered with ceramic tiles. 

On the ground level is a studio apartment (approx. 25’ x 12’) with a double sink kitchenette and full size bathroom.  It too enjoys the view and there is a nice garden area in front of it.

A partial underground water tank is located below the main verandah.  It holds approximately 25,000 gallons of water.

A lagoon shaped pool (25’ x 15’) enhances the outdoor living space and is located at the end of the main verandah.  The rim is covered with mosaic tiles.  A pool bar adds convenience to the outdoor living concept.  

The sale includes: an approved plan for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage of approximately 1200 sq ft with plunge pool next to the main house.
