This simple house set on sloping grounds
surrounded by lush green gardens on all sides.
The house has a Caribbean metal roof, burglar bars,
high ceilings and solar water heating.
The driveway slopes downward off the main
road to the front of the house.
There is space for two parked cars.
Stairs lead to the main entrance at the front of the
house, on the ground floor.
On entrance, there is one bedroom to the left, a
corridor to the front that leads to the living room and the
kitchen is on the right.
The kitchen features tiled counter tops,
wooden storage cupboards and the windows look out to the front
of the house and parking area.
The living and dining area take up much of the right
side of the house, with a powder room in the corner and large
windows. A door
leads onto the spacious balcony, which overlooks the pool.
Opposite the living area are two other
bedrooms. The
bedrooms are large, have air conditioning and ceiling fans as
well as doors leading out to small balconies.
The bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms with showers.
There is also a wooden staircase that
leads upstairs into a studio, but access has been blocked off
from the main house. Entrance
to this studio is at the front of the house.
Stairs lead upstairs and into the open plan
kitchenette, living area.
Through a door is the large bedroom and bathroom and
through this is a door that leads to the balcony with a tiled
Jacuzzi on the left and a small enclosed office space on the
right.
Access to the pool is gained from a
cemented path from the front right side of the house.
